Teacher Education applications are available here or in the turnstiles located in the front lobby of the Academic Advising Center. For your application to be complete you must include:

• An official copy of your degree plan
• Your secondary education or all-levels advisor’s signature

• The CASE Secondary and All-Level Education Exam and Certification Handbook (exam handbook) Print and sign page 14. OR If you attend the Timeline to Certification & Testing workshop offered by CASE every semester, you receive this form.
• Three recommendation forms

 You must apply and be admitted to Teacher Education before you can register for EDPC 3300, take your TExES teacher certification exams or register for the Student Teaching Semester.

 Please contact your Secondary or All-level Education Advisor for an appointment to review and/or turn in your Application to Teacher Education. may be left at the reception counter in the Academic Advising Building. Please allow 2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email upon acceptance to the program.
