Computational Science is an interdisciplinary program, a synergy of different fields, that yields an integrated knowledge-base for the effective solution of complex systems where computer usage plays a fundamental role.

Our goal is to create a program that:

• is integrative and collaborative
• is cohesive, well structured and attractive
• graduates students with the knowledge, ability, and
  skills to tackle complex problems
• is sustainable through research funding
• has a successful, increasing research portfolio
• is nationally and internationally recognized.
