National Science Foundation awards UTEP $1.2 Million as "Robert Noyce" Grant

The National Science Foundation has awarded a grant of $1,181,576 to UTEP for the project entitled "Robert Noyce Scholarships for Teaching Miners."
This project is under the direction of PI Eric A. Hagedorn and co-PI's Amy Wagler, Laura F. Serpa, Olga Kosheleva, and Ronald Wagler.



The University of Texas at El Paso has received a five-year grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for nearly $2.9 million. The "Science for a Sustainable Future: Developing the Next Generation of Diverse Scientists" award will provide fellowships to minority graduate students in NSF-supported disciplines such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
