Welcome to the Li Microfluidic Bioanalysis group at UTEP.

Our mission is to develop state-of-the-art microfluidic and nano techniques/approaches for cutting-edge research in biological science, forensic science, and biomedical engineering.

We welcome talented individuals to join the group for innovative discovery in a multidisciplinary research environment.

  • 04/17/2013: Dr. Li was interviewed by TV abc channel 7 regarding bioassays, and the interview was broadcasted on abc News at 9 pm and 10 pm.

  • 03/20/2013: Dr. Li gave an oral presentation about multiplexed pathogen detection in the Pittcon 2013 conference held in Philadelphia, PA.
  • 03/01/2013: Dr. Li has been invited to give a seminar in the Department of Biology and BBRC at UTEP on March 1st 2013.
  • 02/01/2013: A URI (University Research Incentive) grant application about droplet-based microfluidic systems has been awarded!
